Amy from All About Me wanted some help setting up and content planning for her social media accounts. She knew that social media was a vital tool for connecting with her customers, but she wasn’t sure how to maximise its efficiency without it eating up her day.
I worked with Amy on some quick wins, such as setting up a scheduling tool to take the real time commitments away.
We then looked at her customer engagement strategy. Analysing her current client lists, I pulled together a content plan based on her present demographic. We then looked at her business strategy going forward and I put together recommendations on how to target the 18-24 demographic in the same region.
From here we built and deployed a well oiled content machine, which produced high quality blog content to populate social media and also index her site for search terms organically.
